- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup ranch or your favorite dressing
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute or until fragrant.
- Add the shredded chicken to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and stir to combine. Cook for about 3-4 minutes.
- Sprinkle in the shredded cheese and mix it well with the chicken. Turn off the heat once the cheese has melted.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave for about 15 seconds until soft and pliable.
- Assemble the wraps: Place a portion of the cheesy chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla. Top with chopped lettuce and diced tomatoes if using. Drizzle with ranch dressing, then fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it up tightly.
