- 1 teaspoon salt, adjust to taste

- 1 large egg, beaten
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness, about 1 inch thick.
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
- Dip each chicken breast in the beaten egg, allowing any excess to drip off, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
