- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Pound the Chicken: Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap. Use a meat mallet or rolling pin to pound them to an even thickness of about 1 inch.
- Season the Chicken: Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
- Heat the Skillet: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Sear the Chicken: Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and sear for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the chicken broth, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom of the skillet. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add Cream and Cheese: Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Gradually add the Parmesan cheese while stirring until melted and creamy.
- Return Chicken to the Skillet: Place the seared chicken breasts back into the skillet, coating them in the creamy sauce. Let it simmer for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish and Serve: Transfer the chicken to a serving platter, drizzle with the sauce, and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
