  • 1 cup chicken broth (low-sodium recommended)
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced (red and green for color)
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente (usually about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, season the chicken pieces with the Cajun seasoning. Make sure each piece is well-coated for maximum flavor!

Notes
