- 1 cup bell peppers, diced (red and green for color)
- 1 small onion, diced

Instructions
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente (usually about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
